Coefficient 3
The purpose is to apply theoretical concepts introduced in “Circuits and Systems” and “Microprocessors and communication interfaces” courses through various tutorials. It will teach students how to design an embedded system for biomedical domain by implementing an embedded wireless system.
This course is divided in two parts: In the first one, student will practice techniques learned before; In the second one, student will work on a project for a Co design (hardware / software) of a wireless embedded system.
Practice Labs :
Project : Designing a wireless pulse oximeter for monitoring patient: A co-development hardware / software for an embedded system which acquire measured data sensors, store data, process and transmit them wirelessly by an Xbee communication system to another in order to display information on a distant PC.
