Physics basis for in vivo imaging are introduced in a course which presents physical concepts used for living organism in vivo imaging. This course introduces problems in practice, the techniques choice and measure protocols which are the most appropriate for a biological issue.

They also see physical principles for X-ray and gamma-ray imaging, magnetic resonance imaging, microscopy, and optical tomography. They see two application types: calculations applied to magnetic resonance images obtaining and analysis, and calculations applied to optical tomography and microscopy images obtaining and analysis.

Students will visit imaging places (research platforms and hospitals)
