TU 4 Design of Integrated and Hereteregeneous systems for medical applications

This teatcher unit is made up of three parts:

The first lessons are about micro-electronic conception, and the basis of analogical sructures; this class begins with a reminde of the structure, the modelling and functioning of the MOSFET transistor.

The class of Methodology, stream of conception system, language and simulation, concerns the strongly multi-disciplinary and electronic methodology of conception of a system. It enters in detail in various stages of the streams of conception associated to the microelectronics (cut architectural, automatic synthesis, modelling multi-levels, check, tests).
The objective is to reach a level of granularity being enough for making easily links with the various approaches used in particular in synthetic biology and exploiting this analogy to define a stream of conception of the biosystems.

The class Architectures of heterogeneous systems enables to work on a heterogeneous integrated system thanks to a concrete project. Le project is a 3D Hall probe which measures magnetic field gradients in a MRI/CT and its application to a magnetic tracking system for MRI matching surgery tools.

The class High-Level modelling of heterogeneous system deals with Top-Down and Bottom-Up methodology conception, multi-fields modelling systems and multi-abstractions of modelling. Finaly, this class implements the project studied in the Architectures of heterogeneous systems class.
